We source only specialty-grade, single-origin coffee beans from around the world, carefully selected in very small quantities. Every coffee we offer is an artisan product, roasted with intention, curiosity, and respect for the origin.

We roast in small batches of just 4 pounds at a time, which allows us to explore and test different roast approaches for each origin. Because we work exclusively with single-origin coffees, every roast is an opportunity to experience what that coffee truly has to offer, from terroir and processing to sweetness, acidity, and depth.

This small-batch approach means our coffees are constantly evolving. You won’t always find the exact same flavor profile, and that’s by design. It gives you the chance to discover, compare, and learn which origins and roast profiles you enjoy most.

Beyond roasting, we also host hands-on coffee roasting workshops and experiences, where we share what we’ve learned about each origin, our roasting decisions, and how those choices shape the cup.
