Bill is a true veteran in the coffee world, and through his podcast, he highlights the people and stories that have shaped coffee roasting and inspired the specialty coffee community across the U.S. and beyond.
In this episode, our founder and roaster, Henrikh, sat down with Bill to talk about where it all began—a San Franciscan SF-6 roaster, a big dream, and a love for coffee. What started as a roastery has since grown into something more: a creative space where coffee meets culture. From hands-on roasting workshops to jazz nights filled with good vibes, O Coffee has become a place to gather, learn, and celebrate together.
